Holywings, a well-known entertainment brand, faced significant usability challenges in its loyalty app. Despite its strong presence, the app's user experience was unfriendly, leading to frustration among users and missed engagement opportunities.

🔹 Lengthy Registration Process: Users faced a complex and time-consuming sign-up flow.



🔹 Overwhelming Banners: Non-personalized and excessive promotional banners cluttered the interface.



🔹 Unclear CTA & Branding: Icons and styles lacked consistency with Holywings’ brand identity, leading to confusion.

🔹 Lengthy Registration Process: Users faced a complex and time-consuming sign-up flow.



🔹 Overwhelming Banners: Non-personalized and excessive promotional banners cluttered the interface.



🔹 Unclear CTA & Branding: Icons and styles lacked consistency with Holywings’ brand identity, leading to confusion.
