BCA UMKM Fest is an annual program held by BCA to support small and medium businesses in growing and thriving. Each year, they introduce a fresh concept and require a dedicated website to accommodate information-sharing, promotions, and services for participants and visitors.

Design
To differentiate from the main Key Visual (KV), which was heavy on assets and background colors, we focused on clarity. We maximized the use of a lighter scheme with a white background while still maintaining consistency with the brand identity.

We continuously refined the design through multiple iterations, primarily focusing on visual digital imaging for product displays. Due to the tight deadline, we adopted a live design approach—working closely with developers in real-time to ensure smooth implementation. This method allowed us to make rapid adjustments and validate the designs instantly.

One of the biggest takeaways from this project was the importance of starting rough with good foundation and sketch. This made it easier to visualize the entire page structure and prepare assets efficiently. Additionally, maintaining constant communication with the client helped resolve uncertainties and ensured alignment throughout the process.
